High precission transponder timing (active chip), allowing the management of events drawing large numbers of participants and, therefore, involving a high arrival rate. This technology registers authomatically the time for each participant, providing fast and accurate results.

The chips provided by Topcrono are small sized and can be worn in any position and both on the athlete's body or his equipment.

Topcrono does also have precision chronometers for timing individual races on marked circuits (time trials and Alpine ski races).

Both timing systems (chip and photocell) may be combined if required.
